The Rixos Obhur Hotel Jeddah is an upcoming luxury resort located on Obhur Bay by the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. It represents the Rixos brand’s debut in the Kingdom, aiming to transform the existing Makarem Al nakheel Village into a high- end family-friendly destination. opened in early 2025, the resort will offer 247 guest rooms, 73 private pool villas, fine dining options, and leisure amenities, including multiple swimming pools, spa facilities for both men and women, indoor and outdoor fitness clubs, a family water park, and a dedicated kids’ and teenagers’ club.
The Al Fursan Mock-Up Villas Project consists of five prototype residential villas developed as a reference model for future housing projects, showcasing advanced construction technologies and modern building systems. The project features innovative engineering solutions, including the Light Wall system for internal partitions, providing superior thermal and acoustic insulation while eliminating traditional plastering to improve finishing quality and accelerate construction. It also incorporates Sandwich Panel Walls for the external walls as fully integrated panels spanning all floors, enhancing insulation performance and structural efficiency. The Diabetes Care & Treatment Center is a specialized healthcare facility designed to provide comprehensive diabetes diagnosis, treatment, and long-term patient care in accordance with the highest healthcare standards. AL Marshad Group Contracting Company delivered the project on a turnkey basis, managing the entire process from architectural and engineering design to construction, medical equipment supply, installation, and full operational readiness. Completed in a record nine months, the project reflects the company’s expertise in delivering high-quality, fully integrated healthcare facilities that meet modern medical requirements.
This project is a luxury residential compound developed for Petrochem, one of Saudi Aramco’s affiliated companies, in Jubail, Eastern Province, in accordance with the company’s premium residential standards. Executed by AL Marshad Group Contracting & Precast, the development comprises 57 residential villas, each with a built-up area of 620 m², including all construction and finishing works through to full turnkey delivery. The villa façades were finished using precast concrete technology that accurately replicates the appearance of natural stone, combining aesthetic appeal with structural durability. The project highlights AL Marshad Group’s expertise in delivering high-end residential developments with exceptional quality, precision, and execution from inception to final handover.
